Web Site Belly up Too

just went to check something on their web site and it is down. Wonder if that is just a hiccup or a sign of things.

It was up last night when I looked. Anyone phoned them today?

I called the TSX compliance and they would have halted EF a long time ago, but their hands are tied during the CCAA proceeding. As soon as the CCAA is over in July, EF will get halted for many reasons1)  Failing to file 3 successive Financial Statements.2)  Failure to meet listing policiesOnce CCAA is over everyone can sue the Board of EF for the many reasons that one may sue them.In ...more

The web site is back up. Being in IT it is one of the first things I notice and the first place I go for information. It was on the requests they made and the offers they received and the cash involved. I was trying to determine what they are worth despite the release as those phrases are used for legal reasons. Have a look through the court docs you might find something there. Still worried about ...more

I hope you're right, but where are you finding this good news because all my reading and digging comes up with nothing to support any type of upward movement.  There just isn't enough value to cover debts and pay out to shareholders as well.  We need to be on the asset buyers side of the table to come out ahead on this one.  We've heard this going to hit 0.10 by end of ...more

My research couldn't find any good news with EF, sold today and bought  CGS while its at .205I think this has some room to move back up over the short term.
