EARTHFIRST CANADA INC. TO SUSPEND TRADING OF ITS COMMON SHARES ON THE TSX
EarthFirst Canada Inc. has been requested by the Toronto Stock Exchange to voluntarily suspend trading of the company's common shares and common share warrants on the TSX. In light of EarthFirst having sought protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada) (CCAA), its recently announced conditional sale of the company's Dokie I project and Dokie expansion project and EarthFirst's obligations to the TSX, the directors of EarthFirst have determined to voluntarily suspend the company's common shares and common share warrants from trading on the TSX.
Trading of the company's common shares and common share warrants will be suspended from trading effective Monday, June 8, 2009.
