Good news

So as holders of EPL we get 1 new share of the royalty company for every 3 EPL shares held. Well seeing as EPL current share price doesn't even reflect the royalty company holdings then I wouldn't expect EPL to drop in price, in fact could go higher as investors would want their free shares. IDK.

You are so right, NineLives! The royalty for Eagle Plains on Banyan's AurMac/McQuesten project totals about 20,000 ounces currently but will increase with more drilling and discoveries. At today’s price of gold that would represent a $47,000,000 windfall to Eagle Plains shareholders.  That alone represents over 40 cents per share right now. Add in EPL's Vulcan Sullivan ...more
