RE:RE:Headcount trimmed by one is a startI think the US company is just a 100% owned subsidiary of the Canadian company. That's how you typically have a company that does business on both sides of the border. I don't believe Eagle is a take out target because I don't believe management cares enough about the shareholders. Maybe they already have deals in place with the credit holders to keep their cushy jobs and high expense accounts if they do.
