As for the "Management fails" I imagine shareholder agreement is fairly broad.
However, that is where fingers point whenever a company's share price/capitalization plummets as deeply as has occured here and communication misses the mark.
Rah, Rah sessions on The Deep Dive are always interesting but cannot offset the realities of Revenue and margin weakness, ill defined business plan, apparent lack of growth or even continuing relationships with past named marketing and/or technical development partners, very limited presence in their domestic backyard (Canada) ,erc.
In the absence of identifiable substance retail investors are pretty much left studying the intracies of a dartboard.
