Now that the DHanson shareholders have elected to get shares in the liquidation of their fund(s) that is possibly one obstacle out of the way.
Any proceeds required in the disposal of Eguana will be charged to EGT shareholders on per share bassis.
Yes that is correct with Holland as our liquidation expert Eguana shareholders will need to pay out some funds to get the company sold out to another entity.
Can't get rid of this thing as it is .
At least it will be done with once and for all !
