Is Duracell Power Center as licensed distributor for Duracell Berkshires Hathaway's toe dip into the VPP expanse with Itochu nudging and pushing ?

Itochu is on record on the subject of Solar VPP power distribution working with the likes of Eguana. Itochu wishes to become as well an Electric Power Distribution Corporation. After all they have stated they own the Battery Control Technology developed by Eguana ????? Holland needs to come clean on this. Yes we will loan you $40,000,000 but we would like to have your Controls !
