All of these need to work together to build that infamous moat that everyone is looking for.

Duracell et al is the retail marketing arm /production for ESS / VPP hardware GLOBALLY

Eguana holds the license to the battery systems, patents and technologies.

Useful outline ugluuak. My lingering concern re Freyr and Eguana is specifically:: Justin Holland has refused to confirm over the past year or so that 2 companies continue to work with one another. The last time I spent time going through their websites I did not find mention of one another. Maybe I somehow missed or perhaps it is a non issue but I have asked JH directly through email a few times
