The stock has lost 16 points in 2 days. There is no way a note offering is viewed as that big of a  negative after a great earnings report and solid guidance. This must be due to the fed 35% cap ...more

Then ER at the time was Earnings $2.61 and rev $3.33 mil Today ER  Earnings $4.01 and $3.8 mil Thing is comanies are evaluated at a different metric, not really apples to apples.
