Perhaps this played a small part, however, it needs to be taken with a grain of salt given his comments from 6 months ago. GLTA

Wonderfully run. Management's been amazing at execution and growing the business. Margins are very good. ROE and cashflow can self-finance and grow. Concern has to do with where we are in credit cycle, sub-prime borrowers are more vulnerable.

It looks cheap, but GSY is a non-prime lender that's unsecured at very high interest rates. He's not saying their business isn't good, but if we're headed into a recession, he'd be worried about GSY. They recently had to refinance a bond that was much higher than the maturing rate, so he wonders what their cost of capital will be.
