RE:True Tenbagger potential

RE:True Tenbagger potential Why would they need to double the share count? They've plenty of properties already. I think they would expand if some gift fell on their lap AND the deal was super-accreative - it does happen - happened in NV to Rye Patch, twice. Too bad they were incompetent. ELY management smarter, and I think the deal with the Roaster is brilliant. There's only 3 and never going to be another, so when gold gets going again, so will NV and so will the demand for roasting. There's tons of refractory property; it goes into Utah too as Liberty Gold's hot prospect needs roasting. The other 2 roasters are owned by Major's who like to abuse junior miners. Jerritt only option, so plenty of opportunity. The best part about owing ELY is that while nobody knows when gold will get going again (taking longer than I thought) ELY is cash-positive, thus you are not having your equity stake inflated away - like all the other cash-bleeding juniors. It's like an un-expiring, long-term call option on gold as when gold gold, so will Ely, and I agree with others it well-leveraged to price. At first I was very unhappy they did the financing a while back, after they said they weren't needing money, but at least I can say the used it very wisely and will add tremendous value to Company.
