I think the BCSC has to look into Avtar and his multiple shell companies...I searched the addresses...locations...phone numbers...its interesting what you find. Emerald is going to be one of his biggest scams. I'm interested in the sale of the Richmond facility...couldn't be a better time for BCSC to step in and see where the money goes..no where is he even disclosing that he owns the land. The picture of the greenhouse on Farm and Ranch reality it airbrushed to sh@t....no location provided.
