Avtar arrest is just a tactic to arrest the weakest link
Arrest the weakest link first and get him/her to cooperate and turn evidence against the clan of bigger fish..Avtar is the chump in this scheme and it s great to know he was mentoring Punit all of these years

Avtar, may be able to avoid jail time if he rolls over but as a US resident he'll still have civil prosecutions and penalties to face under the RICO Act. Throw the book at all of 'em!! Glad I followed my gut and got out of EMH a while back. Good luck mates. cheers

If BCSC actually does their job and investigates Emerald...he won't be able to avoid jail...his private companies need to be looked into.
