what a bunch of dummies for financing this @ 3.75. but i guess there was probably big retail demand, so they make their fees. fully diluted is over 110 million .since the warrants from pre-ipo are all in the money they would bring cash into the corp, but are used for fully diluted count. I agree its just a F$cking greenhouse, valuations are high.
