and on monday this was announced.
"The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to fund construction of the first 100,000 sq. ft. production facility on the 80 acre property located in Paris, Ontario, which was acquired in May 2017, and for working capital. It is anticipated that built-out production capacity will be used to address the adult recreational market in Canada upon legalization."
Remember folks this is production facility 1 of 3, and therfore further dulition is going to be needed to build production facilties 2, and 3.
