Also interesting to note that all of the November debentures were converted on Jan 11 and Jan 15. The is very intersting to me as it must have been coordinated with Eight Capital since Emblem didn't accelerate them. This is the cheapest debenture financing ever, they paid basically no interest on it and will book a very miniimal loss on it since the conversation price wasn't much less than the share price at the time of converstion.

This stands in stark contrast to Hydropothecary and Aurora whom I believe will be reporting $90M and over $100M losses respectively on their debentures which will be included on their next financial statements (look out below). Maybe Emblem is a little better at negotiating with the ibanks than we think.
