RE:RE:nice close today....short term prospectus filed.They also seem to be telling us that they plan on getting into the distribution game:

The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund the currently unfunded portion of the Paris Road Expansion, strategic growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions, execution of the Corporation’s retail strategy and for general and corporate purposes.

There were some news stories a few month's back about Emblem being interested in opening 

dispensaries in Alberta. This would add an interesting demension to the busienss (which they need since their production side isn't very exciting). Note that Lorne Gertner, co-founder of Toyko Smoke, sits on Emblem's board and has a cumulative total of 450,000 shares/warrants/options. 

Also note that Hiku, the DOJA/Tokyo Smoke merger, has a fully diluted market cap of 650M with only a dozen coffee shops and no sales license.
