Great buy

Great buyThis stock is a great buy at these prices right now, they have 100 million in cash right now and there market cap is 150 million?  Plus they are licensed and operating with expansion to begin soon; i'm surprised it's this low.  Insiders just bought into the recent offering of units at 2.05....  This will surely pop soon and probably very fast.
