Do we have any new info about ICC labs?

Do we have any new info about ICC labs?Do any of you “in the know” folks know if the MOU Emblem has with ICC Labs from last year February is still happening? I see ICC Labs Entered a term sheet agreement with Sundial Growers to sell 250 KG’s of CBD to Sundial. (1 day ago)
The MOU with Emblem and ICC says Emblem will have access to 10 percent of all the CBD that ICC produces in 2018. 
Any info or is it still all unknown??
