Anyone know if the greenhouse construction has commenced?

Anyone know if the greenhouse construction has commenced?The shareholder letter that came out 7 weeks ago said construction would commence in 4-6 weeks. Anyone know if it has commenced or know if the permit has been issued? I recall someone posting a Brant County permit lookup website but I can find that site. I’m beginning to wonder if they have other plans up their sleeves.
