RE:RE:RE:RE:Highlights for the First Quarter of 2018 I was a shareholder a year ago. I am not currently. However I am continuing to do my DD on Emblem. Here's my most recent DD. 

Emblem recently submitted an Application for a Site Plan Control Review. It includes items such as site design, layout, parking provisions, servicing, grading, storm water management etc. The approval will most likely take 4 - 6 months. Once approved it could take about 1 year to build a 100,000 sf facility.
