In the morning @ 9:am when they announced the merger, EMC sp was in the upper ninety cents and I put in an ask for all my 20K EMC shares for $1.02 limit. I got $1.10 average and bought back at a later date at average of .91c with the same proceeds and I now own 24.6K EMC or (20.6K ALEF if the merger goes through). I have been in this game long enough to know what I am talking about.. Nick Dean and company are just good team players . Some of the old hand directors (past & present) with their given shares are influencing the merger of EMC & ALEF for their benifits. Not ours. For me, a merger by means of a plan of arrangement has a certain odeur that is not comfortable. I am voting NO.
