ALEF has next to NOTHING to show they are worth even $1.

They are lying that's how many patients who have used Canabo clinics.

But many of those are registered with LP's such as Aurora or Broken Coast ETC.

ALEF has next to ZERO cash on hand, they're trying to sneak so much BS with this deal.

Emblem has a supply deal with Aprhia, Emblem will do just FINE on their own.

Emblem is one of 6 Lp's who has a deal with Shoppers drug mart.

Emblem and Canntab will be rolling out their tabs this year, another and verybig form of revenue!

Emblem does NOT need ALEF!

ALEF WANTS EMBLEM NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND...

ALEF will be growing out door Cannabis!!!

If you know anything about Cannabis, outdoor is garbage!!

Low yield, bushy stocks ,lots of leaves and LOW THC content not to mention bugs galore!

Birds $hitting on the crops, no control over the cloud cover, if too much rain crop is ruined.

If not enough crop is ruined again.

Shareholders use your brain and see that ALEF is NOT a suitable partner what so ever.

This is not the direction any shareholder wants to take.
