I thought it was 4 month, which is line up with current time, anyone have idea?

I have some pre-IPO shares bought at $0.75. I believe it is 6 months after the first day of trading. You can do the math from there. Also, you might try checking SEDAR for news last fall of the financing which will probalby state the date. Sorry I dont have exact info, but you should be able to get it from here.
