Natura Naturals have been cancelled. 

However we had the surprise to see APH in bed with EMC with a 175 000 kgs supply contract. 

cant help but imagine APH requiring to cancel the EMC deal in anticipation for a future take-over. 

call me crazy. But thats my pure gut feeling.

APH havent been very pro-active with canadian acquisition they acquired Broken Coast for recreational brands and quality and reputation.

acquiring $EMC would seal the deal when it comes to Medical and branding expertise, plus it would be a very fine backdoor for APH into Canadian Retail distribution (an angle they havent covered much to date)

 

All in all...... thats my speculation. time will tell.

Yup, I have spoken to management about being acquired and they said they would take $4.00 a share, something is up here and i could see this happening.

Graham Cracker tell me one reason why Aphria would be interested in Emblem?? These guys are a disaster. How management can change their minds this many times is embarrassing. They were just starting to gain some momentum.

Their Supply agreement with Germany is massive, supply agreement with Shoppers, Fire & Flower, Starbuds...  Highest price per gram among all LP's; best customer service 2017; oral spray product, extended release tablet coming soon....  Aphria will want them because as opposed to being Emblem's farmer and letting Emblem make all of the profit, Aphria can own Emblem.

Can anyone think of any other reason why Emblem would cancel this deal?  NN is a profit making machine, it's 20 million to complete the retrofit at NN and would be producing 70,000 kgs/year, NN purchase would pay for itself in one year...  Aphria on the other hand doesn't need anymore grow space, they will be producing 255,000 kgs/year, they don't want NN in the deal; they

My bet is that it will be an all stock acqusition this would mean that the 50 million warrants at an average excercise price of 1.99 (100 million dollars) will get transfered over into Aphria shares which can then be converted for a profit giving Aphria an additional 100 million cash in hand.  Which means Aphria will take everything Emblem has to offer and receive 170 million cash in hand to
