RE:RE:RE:Optimistic

RE:RE:RE:OptimisticBy full control Iam referring to the binding term sheet agreement part of the finance with Exstract Capital LP why Knox was unloading over 7 million shares even when the price was going up seemed retarded , My guess and just a guess Knox was trying to hold the price down they figured they could get the next finance cheap in the teens or lower and for a big dilution in there favor but it did not go that way the Management was able to do a fair Finance with Extract Capital and CEO Lance D' Ambrosio also invested a half a million dollars of his own money when Lance was already holding 12million shares bodes well for confidence in addition all the Directors amount of loan came to 700 thousand U.S Dollars of the 3.2 Million Finance . The Management did a absolute great job of controlling the out come and future of EPM for share holders interest at a time when Knox was dumping shares hard to keep the price down IMO EPM is made of a very strong high skilled team and Leadership that knows very well how to use and maintain there options as they still have TATA on side and said they are prepared to finance EPM to production but even so EPM can remain open to offers if they feel we are not getting a fair deal , For me I think this is the thing that will control the value and trading as the Mile Stones are now set going forward will keep executing value..
