RE: $270 Million financingSintez is negotiating with Chinese banks regarding big loans.They are in negotiations with the Chinese
Eximbank regarding a 900million $ loan but so far the chinese have demanded russian state guarantees for
the loans which the russians didnt approve.
Lebedev have been busy in China lately,interesting that banks in Hong Kong will help finance this latest JV between Sintez and Huadian.Sintez cant afford to develope 1711 on their own,
according to the article in Kommersant they could attract money through an IPO,but other alternatives also were mentioned like bonds.Another alternative is that Nakor is split by Sintez and for example a Chinese investor like in
the JV between Sintez and Huadian.We will have to wait a little bit more for the answers.
