RE: RE: RE: RE: TD WaterhouseSintez and the joint venture hired Deep Venture from Venture drilling.Venture drilling had an agrement with Arktikmor,the russian owner of Deep venture regarding Deep Venture.There is a dispute between Venture drilling and the russian owner that has been taken to court.Now its a possibility that Deep venture will be handed ower to
Arktikmor.The latest info is that Sintez owes 30-40 million$ to various contractors.They have not been able to pay that and Sintezneftegaz is bankrupt.Sintez group has formed a new company,Nakor that now will take over their interest in 1711.There is a possibility the contractors will try to dispute the bankrupcy in court to try to get their money.
