Did Sintez receive 1.4 billion$ ?In 2008 Sintez sued the german company RWE for 1.4 billion $.RWE withdrew from a deal with Sintez.
Thats one of the reasons Sintez went into economic problems and had a negative effect on their
engagement in 1711.
There were arbitration procedings going on in London,(LCIA).A desicion was expected in september 2010.
We dont know the decision of the court,the rulings in the LCIA are confidential.
It will be interesting to study their actions in the time ahead,soon we also will have the core results.
RWE is a big company involved in exploration of hydrocarbons,they are part of the Nabucco project.
Could we even see RWE as a partner in 1711 as a part of the arbitration?
