RE: RE: HRT new operator in 1711?Yes,I agree.An alternative is that Sintez sells a part of their 70% interest to HRT.
From the statement of the Namibian minister it seems that they will be tough on delays.
If ENG recommends  work on 1711 and Sintez sabotages it they could be removed.
