A new operator for 1711 must pay 75% of the cost for seismic and the next well,55% and 20% free carry for HRT,Namcor and Nacor.Maybe that is to expensive for Atlas and they are only prepared to farm in but not to become operator.

I think a lot is in the works in Namibia.HRT will soon announce a partner for a block.A private company Starck oil has a deal pending;https://www.pr.com/press-release/453087 .Rockhopper/Premier Oil are interested in Namibia.BP is searching for more blocks.I notice something interesting in PetroVikings presentation on slide 19.It seems that Exxon is interested in the northern Namibian blocks.
