I interprete that line that we will see a pp,public offering or some kind of investment in Energulf within the next three months and that Maxim group after that intends to seek compensation.As no deal has been done yet they only expect compensation for now.Other companies in that list have final deals made and Maxim group is   intending to seek compensation from them.

"Maxim Group expects to receive or intends to seek compensation for investment banking services"

Other companies in that list compensated Maxim Group with shares or warrants for example.If thats how Energulf will compensate Maxim their cash position would not be affected.
