In 2010 there was a russian article that said Sintez was to make an IPO in Hong Kong that would finance the reentering of Kunene-1.Sintez estimated that reentering of Kunene-1 and completion of the next 2 year work program would cost 170 million$.Sintez also estimated that development of the gasfield would cost 5 billion$.Probably that would include LNG technology.HRT cant afford that.Only supermajors can afford that.Maybe that is also a reason why Energulf is more interested in the Hartman region were they think there is oil and why Energulf doesnt mention anything about gas.
