RE: RE: Kunene-1 gas discovery

RE: RE: Kunene-1 gas discovery

Wallywill,if Im not mistaken he said there were significant hydrocarbon shows and Kunene is not toasted yet.The JV was close to reenter Kunene-1 but Sintez thought it would be to expensive and as their CEO recently stated in an interview they were only interested in oil.

A lot of experts think there is mainly gas in Namibia,we will soon know.Tullow and Gazprom are close to making a final investment decision regarding Kudu.I hope Hrt and others find oil but it wouldnt be bad for Energulf if they found gas.Its interesting that the United Arab Emirates plans to build a gas plant in Namibia as if they are anticipating Namibia beeing  a gas province.Kudu is to small for a LNG facility. Its also ineresting that Sintez is prepared to invest 5 billion$ in buying the national gas company of Greece and they are also talking about financing a LNG plant there. They plan to sell gas to Greece, maybe from 1711?
