RE:New operator for 1711We will have 3 wells drilled in the next 8 years in 1711 and a lot of 3D.
No other block has that tough requirements.One well has to be drilled to at least 5500m.
The cost of Kunene-1 was 150m$,that could be 300-450m$ for all 3 wells.
Not any company could afford to become operator in 1711.
The first well has to be drilled in the next 4 years,by then oil probably already has been found in Namibia and 1711  will be worth more than today.
