ElmoreAccording to the links he owns three small companies,and as you say from that information he probably will not be a major investor.He is a lawyer and owns small company involved in oil business so maybe he has valuable contacts.Peter Gianulis on the other hand probably could invest more if he wanted to.
Jeff Greenblum and Clive Brookes found Gianulis and Dhir. 
Before they changed CEO the board consisted of Jeff Greenblum,Clive Brookes,Anu Dhir and Peter Gianulis so probably Jeff Greenblum and Clive Brookes were involved in this and finding a new
CEO.The question is why.
