Who are behind Gazania 148 investments?

Who are behind Gazania 148 investments? No information can be found about Gazania and Shaanxi Yuyang. They have committed to drilling three wells, one to 5500m and performing 2500km2 of 3D seismic. That will be very expensive.
Someone with deep pockets has to be behind them.Probably a chinese major.
Remember that Sintez searched for a chinese partner and tried to find investors in Hong Kong.
They had plans to reenter Kunene-1 and develope the gas field.According to them the cost would be 5 billion$.Sintez earlier had a 70% interest and was operator.Later Energulf became interim operator and it was decided Sintez should have a 10% carried interest.Energulf tried to find an operator that would have a 51-55% working interest. The latest we heard last year was that
Gazania 148 investements and Shaanxi Yuyang were the new operators with a 75% working interest.Sintez didnt do a good job and stalled a lot but its strange they lost their 10% carried interest. We will probably know more about Gazania and Shaanxi Yuyang when the new JOA is announced.Who knows maybe Sintez still has a percentage in Gazania togehter with the Chinese?
