RE:Gazania

RE:GazaniaWally, you could be right that Gazania 148 investments is the Namibian equivalent of Shaanxi Yuyang.
But why didnt Shaanxi Yuyang just add Namibia limited to their name as other companies do?
Thats interesting and gives room to speculations.
We only know that Gazania 148 has a 75% interest in 1711 and that Shaanxi Yuyang is the opeator.
As far as I know we havent heard for sure that Shaanxi Yuang owns 100% of Gazania.
They could own 100% or maybe less. One reason to form Gazania 148 with very limited public information could be for confidentiality resons.
At least Shaanxi Yuang have to own a very large percentage of Gazania if not some other company
is sponsoring them and they act as a proxy company. Local namibians or other induvidulas could teoretically own some percentage. This is speculation but I dont exclude that Leonid Lebedev still
is involved with some percentage.
Maybe thats why it takes so long to reach an JOA in 1711?
There are other Gazanias in Namibia:for example Gazania 128 and Gazania 141.There is very little informastion about those companies. The director of Gazania 141 is said to be a Chinese induvidual.
According to information from Namibia the director of Gazania 148 involved in 1711 is a local
Namibian lawyer.
