I agree they should inform their shareholders if their plans fails.
Anyway the Lotshi license should be extended.Dr.Congo seems to be the next hot spot in Africa.
The new hydrocarbon law will be passed soon and several big companies waits to enter.
Blocks in the west will be tendered and that could increase the interest for Lotshi.
Energulf held an presentaion on an oil conference on another area of the country,that could mean they are trying to aqquire other licenses.If we dont hear anything soon about 1711 I think we can forget about that block.
Anyway with Ebola breaking out it would be difficult to work there now.
