Now that block will be available for free.1811 lies both in the Namibe basin and the Walvis basin.
1711 lies in the namibe basin.The borders of some blocks have changed lately.
If a big oilcompany enters 1711 they maybe could include 1811 in 1711.
1811 has already been divided and Westbridge has earlier accuired the southern area of 1811.
