Gazania/Shaanxi YuyangWith negotiations regarding a JOA for 1711 in Namibia finished a signature should come soon.
Then we probably will know more about Gazania and Shaanxi Yuyang.
The director of Gazania is a namibian lawyer.I think Gazania is an of the shelf company and that
they acted on behalf the Chinese to reach a JOA.I suspect Shaanxi will pay an amount for
Gazanias services and that they will remove Gazania as formal owners of 75% of the block.
