RE:hopefully the price of oil will reboundExtracting something positive from the generally pessimistic situation is that seismic is 3 times cheaper than before.As a first step Gazania is obliged to finance 2500 km2 3d seismic.Earlier
that would cost 20mil$,now it costs 7 mil$.
The question is how Gazania will finance that as Gazania probably belongs to the namibians.Are they prepared to risk 7 mil$ or are they waiting for a farm in partner?
In earlier information from Energulf it was said that joint marketing of 1711 would begin after seismic.
That could imply that the Namibians are prepared to pay for the seismic.
Time is running,but Im curious of that deal between Namcor and Polarcus.
