RE:Point?Im not sure what will happen with Lotshi.I just  note that Energulf now says their licenses are in good standing.The new law could be the reason for that.

"Current contracts remain in force but any renewal and extension will have to be in accordance with the new petroleum law.The law does not specify the implementation mechanism for this to happen."

I interpret the above that the government of Congo will not look at the old law when they decide
regarding extensions for current licenses.
