Nessergy earlier was owned by an Israeli businessman Dan Gertler.Nessergy owned the rights to
 offshore oil blocks between Dr Congo and Angola.He later sold the company to Congo and Angola
who are the owners of the company now.
From these articles it seems as Nessergy took over or bought Surestreams or Energulfs blocks.
Seems as the two countries are preparing joint exploration in the region.
Would be good to have a correct translation...
