RE:lotishi dead?That is an interesting question.The extension period expires today.Last time the license expired in
nov 2014.We didnt hear anything until april 2015 when the hydrocarbon minister decided to
give Energulf an extension.Energulf has not drilled a well as required.
We should hear today,maybe tomorrow or the next couple of days if Energulf lost Lotshi.
The longer we dont hear anything should mean they still are negotiating regarding the future of the license.
