RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:lotishi dead?Its probably more likely Energulf will not get another extension but the longer we dont hear anything
the more likely they still are negotiating(as last time).
There are some circumstances that have changes since last year that could be positive for Energulf.
Energulfs director in Congo has been appointed as an advisor for the president for hydrocarbons.
There is a new hydrocarbon minister now,the former was rumoured to be negative towards Energulf.
