New investor?

New investor?According to information on Sedar Jeff Geenblum and Don Wilson will be independent directors
after dec 20th.If Im not mistaken that means that Jeff Greenblum has to sell all his shares in Energulf before that date?He owned several million shares.Probably not a good deal for him.
Peter Gianulis owned several million shares.Not sure if he is selling but it could be the case since he
will be out.
