RE:RE:3D seismic in 1711 will be done !The 3D will be done under a multiclient agreement.Spectrum will hire the chinese company BGP to do 
the work.
That will force Shaanxi to pay for the seismic covering 1711 or they will loose the license to some other 
company that will buy the results.
Its interesting that a chinese company will do the work.BGP belongs to CNPC.Several blocks around 1711
are free.
