Exxon will give 5% of the license to a local namibian company,the company chosen will be
decided by Exxon.
Remember how UNX entered 1711 after a deal with Knowledge Kattis Kunene Energy.If someone from Energulfs old management still cared here is a theoretical possibility for a comeback.Not impossible Exxon had a look at Energulfs dataroom of 1711 and Energulf has old ties to Namibia.
