RE:NewsIt's not debt AT ALL. That's why it's good news. The partnering company gave ENRT $200,000 for a 1% royalty on future lithium earnings. It's a vote of confidence that Enertopia is on its way to producing revenue. If ENRT doesn't find value out of the land, the partners lose their investment, but it's an INVESTMENT in the company, NOT A LOAN (thus, not debt). And more importantly, $200,000 for a 1% royalty means they're valuing it at $20 million.
